Anytime you are making a comment about how something in your business doesn’t work, you are actually locking in a conclusion and creating more limitations, rather than opening up the possibilities.  Here is a different way you could work with your business to create a lot more joy and ease instead:

“Stop for a moment and have a look at all the places you’ve made conclusions about your business. Every time you go into “This is not working” or “This can’t work” or any other conclusion, you kill awareness. Instead, ask your business: “What question could I ask?”

Say you have a farm, and you have decided it’s not successful. Try asking the farm:

  • What do you require?
  • Is there something that needs to change?
  • Can we change it?
  • How do we change it?

Maybe you’re trying to grow corn and the farm wants to grow apples. What’s the land aware of? Is there going to be a drought soon? Should you be growing something else? Everything has consciousness, so you can ask everything for information. What if you could create and generate your business this way, instead of having to work it all out?

When you’re asking your business questions, you can’t have a point of view about what the answer should be. You have to be willing to receive the energy that anyone, including your business, sends you. You receive every point of view with no judgement.

You ask, “What would I like?” then you tap into the business or the project and ask, “What do you require?” Then you make a choice.
