You know what I’m talking about. The YOU that everyone loves to be around. The YOU that is playful and joyful. The YOU that creates for the fun of it! The YOU that people would give money to just because they can! How often are you that YOU in business? Or have you decided you can’t be you in business?
“Many people see business as a serious subject. Oftentimes when I walk into a room to do a Joy of Business class, everyone is solemn and unsmiling. It’s as if they’re saying, “We’re going to talk about business now. This is serious. What are we going to do? A business plan? Financials? What’s going to happen here?”
Their attitude toward business makes the subject seem heavy. They create a contracted, solid space to do business in rather than a light, joyful space. They generate trauma and drama around business to make it feel more “real.” They may believe that if something is light and has no solidity, it has no value. It couldn’t be fun, could it? (It could!)
Everywhere you haven’t been willing to have your business be light and fun and joyful, truth, will you destroy and uncreate it, times a godzillion? Right and wrong, good and bad, POD and POC, all nine, shorts, boys and beyonds®.
One of the greatest ways to make your business joyful and fun, to stand out from the crowd, and to become wildly successful is to be you. Being you means having your reality, no matter what it looks like.
It means not buying into anyone else’s point of view. When people are creating and generating a business, they often start by referencing what other people have done in similar businesses. Rather than going with what they themselves know, they look at what has been done before, what has been successful and what has failed”. Simone Milasas, Joy of Business book
What is it that you would like to experiment with in business that could be the start of you being you in business? What is it that you know you be, that if you would be it in business, would change everything?
And if you don’t know, these are the questions you could ask yourself when you start work each day. Remember that asking questions creates more awareness! Asking questions is one of the Access Consciousness® tools I use the most in business. It always creates a greater possibility!
And if you would like to discover more about Being YOU, Dr Dain Heer offers a whole lot of amazing Access Consciousness® classes called ‘Being You, Changing The World’ all over the world! What are you waiting for? Is now the time to be the brilliance in business you truly be?
