We learn it’s always a good thing to act and function from the energy of giving people a sense that you have it all ‘under control’ in business. Let your customers and clients think you have all these other plan B’s, plan C’s and everything’s fine and you’ve got it all under control.
Is that actually what will create the most for your business? What if you don’t really wish to have your business under control!?
If you control the business, are you creating it as a structure that is rigid, rather than allowing it to be a system that shifts and moves as required? Being in control takes you out of asking the questions. Being in control takes you further into the energy of where the decisions, the judgements and the limitations of how you’ve decided it has to be are what is creating the control. So there is not a lot of space for creating something different.
Now I don’t have an answer of what systems look like, which is where the ‘out of control’ part starts to be a contribution in business. The whole point with systems is to ask questions that create something that is really different and that follows the energy. Not going with what has been done before.
So everything that is, and everywhere we haven’t allowed ourselves to function with systems that take us out of control in our life and business, will you destroy and uncreate it, times a godzillion? Right and wrong, good and bad, POC & POD, all nine, shorts boys and beyonds®.
A structure is based on judgement, and a system is based on question. Asking questions like: “What system is going to make me the most money?” Or, “What system is actually going expand my business?” will allow information to show up.
If you have a structure like; “I have to do business from 9-5”, or “These are my opening hours”, and you own an amazing antique dealer shop, and someone wanted to come in at 8 o’clock at night and buy a $17,000 cabinet does your structure allow for this to show up? Your structure is that you’ll only open from this time to this time, and if you only allow structure that you can control into your business, you tend to miss out on what else is possible.
If you are trying to function from a structure that doesn’t work, then the systems that would actually work, can never be available to you. Systems are totally mutable, and totally changeable.
Everywhere you are looking to have your business totally under control, can we destroy and uncreate it all? Right and wrong, good and bad, POC & POD, all nine, shorts boys and beyonds®.
No control in business. What else could that create that we haven’t imagined yet? What if the sky is just the beginning??
