A life-long entrepreneur, the CEO of Belapemo, Laleh Alemzadeh-Hancock dedicates her career and personal life to inspiring and empowering individuals and organizations who desire to exponentially grow their lives and their businesses.
What makes Laleh and the resources at Belapemo unique is their ability to partner with their clients to turn every scenario or challenge from “that is impossible” to “everything is possible”. The mountain may, at first, appear intimidating; however, once you realize the mountain is not more significant than you then it can be overcome and conquered. The next question will be what else is possible that you have not even imagined?
Bringing more than 25 years of experience building top-notch and successful consulting firms, services organizations and product companies, Laleh understands firsthand the critical elements that are required to proactively create a growing business while responding to the needs of the expanding and competitive marketplace.
Laleh has built dynamic teams that specialize in empowering individuals and organizations to increase efficiency and promote growth; to create new divisions or service lines; and to discover overlooked opportunities to create a sustainable culture that values, rewards, and challenges each employee to achieve their maximum potential. Whether Laleh and her teams are partnering with a Fortune 500 company to create $14M in savings, facilitating an entrepreneur around the globe to create a business or increase revenue, or providing tools on greater wellness in their lives, Laleh and Belapemo resources are determined to do whatever it takes to empower their clients to not only reach but exceed their desired targets.
In addition to building successful companies and dynamic teams, Laleh has been an advocate and empowering agent for people of ages with special needs or disabilities and their caregivers. Laleh served on the the Governor’s Maryland Caregivers Support Coordinating Council for four years. Laleh’s passion for empowering people across the intergenerational spectrum started early in life. She has empowered thousands of families with their caregiving needs and challenges, support for their children with diagnosed special needs and disabilities, along with financial planning needs. As a caregiver to her own parents and extended family, Laleh understands the rewards and challenges of caregiving while balancing a career and a busy family. As former first lady, Roselynn Carter said, “There are four kinds of people in this world: those who have been caregivers, those who currently are caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need caregivers.” Laleh’s target is to empower people of all ages with pragmatic tools, resources, and a caring environment to step into what they desire to create in their lives and the world.
