Here’s what could be going on! When you’re vested in the outcome, there’s an answer or outcome you want. You focus on it and shut down your awareness of everything else. You become just like a racehorse with blinkers on. You are no longer perceiving and receiving the information and the gifts the universe is offering. You cannot see anything that doesn’t match the outcome you are focused on. A wonderful possibility might be presenting itself, and it’s beyond what you can perceive. This occurred with a friend of mine, who had put several very successful businesses in place. He used questions, the magic showed up and he was able to create and generate more than he thought was possible. But recently he started another business, one that he very much wanted to succeed, and he didn’t have the same success with it. Why was that? He was so vested in the outcome, he could no longer see what was possible. ~ Simone Milasas, Joy of Business book. What do you do when you realize you’ve been vested in the outcome? You run this process about 50 times to clear all the choices you have made, so you can make some new ones! And then you ask a lot of questions, starting with What else is possible? Here’s the process: Everywhere you have been vested in the outcome and you have killed all of the possibilities that could have shown up, would you now uncreate and destroy it all?
