When we are looking for change in our business, we are often asking for something specific to show up, or we are trying to work out exactly how something should be. Whether it be a budget, an event or an interaction with someone in our business, there is often a set of mostly unspoken expectations sitting just under the surface.
Instead of trying to define your business, what if you just asked ‘How much change can I have occur here?’ Or ‘What could show up that could change people’s awareness and universe today?
It’s funny. What if whatever shows up is absolutely what is required? What if the universe knows something you aren’t aware of yet and it’s finding the most interesting ways of showing you what is possible?
Change can actually only show up when we allow the possibilities to show up, rather than defining the only acceptable outcome.
Just for today, would you be willing to stop defining your business and start asking it how it could show up?
