When I first experienced Access Consciousness I was so unhappy and miserable; I was in a relationship that I hated, and living a life as a professional tiler that I didn’t like. One day I had decided that it was enough. I saw an ad with the Access mantra in it, ‘All of life comes to me with ease, joy and glory” and I rang the number and ended up having an Access Bars session. Afterwards, I sat in the car and laughed; in that moment, it was impossible to hate myself or judge myself. I felt so peaceful.
I continued to get my Bars run and ended up taking a class so I could become a Bars Facilitator. I knew my life was changing and I was willing to do whatever it took to change it. I was no longer willing to be unhappy with my lot, I was ready to create my life! There was an enthusiasm in my every day life I cannot remember having before.
I had $10,000 saved up, and spent it all on Access Consciousness in one month by choosing more classes. I knew that this was going to be the catalyst for change in my life. People told me I was crazy and even tried to stop me. But I had a sense that this was going to change my life so I was relentless and kept choosing what worked for me even though a lot of people did not approve of my choices. People will tell you how to live your life, but are they living theirs? Are they truly happy with what they have created? You have got to listen to yourself and what you know and choose for you.
Seven years later my life is unrecognizable! The tools of Access Consciousness can change anything that is not working for you. Once you realise you can change anything, you can! There is so much more of life available to you. Are you willing to ask for it?
Here are 3 of my favourite tools to create the change you are asking for:
How does it get any better than this?
Use this instead of saying things like “this sucks” or “it doesn’t get any better than this”. Ask it when things are going great for you but also ask it when crappy things show up in your life. And allow the universe to contribute to you as well. Things never show up the way you think they will, so do not be fixed on how things should get better. Trust the potency of asking this question and trust your awareness.
Who does it belong to?
I didn’t realise how aware I was. I thought the depression I had was all mine because I was waking up and feeling it every day. The more I asked this question, the more I realised that none of it was mine; I was aware of everything going on around me. 99% of our thoughts, feelings and emotions are not even ours. Have you ever walked into the room and sensed the tension – what if you were aware of these kind of things all the time and just have not acknowledged it? What I was “feeling” was not really mine, it was just me believing that I was a mess. Once I started asking the question “who does it belong to?” things just started to lighten up and I started to not feel that intensity so much. I realised maybe I wasn’t as screwed up as I thought I was.
Live In 10 Seconds Increments
I used to always try and order my life, work it all out in advance, plan it all ahead of time. There was no room for the unexpected. What if you didn’t have to have that level of control to live your life and be more spontaneous and live more in 10 seconds: What now? What now? What now? What next? This tool is more about getting you out of the idea that you have no choice once a choice is made. It gets you into your awareness of the infinite possibilities available if you are willing to choose them. You do not have to change your mind every 10 seconds just know that you can if you would like to.
I am so grateful for these tools and my desire is for everyone in the world to have these game changing tools. There is no reason for anyone to not create the life and happiness they are asking for. It is possible. Ask a question see what changes for you!
